Senior Payroll Officer
CLdN is an international logistics company with a strong European network and a clear focus on efficient and sustainable maritime connections. For its Zeebrugge site, CLdN is looking for a driven IT CCTV Support Engineer.
Your position
- Supporting the Payroll Lead in ensuring accurate, timely and compliant payroll operations across the countries where CLdN operates.
- Playing a key role in the execution, control and continuous improvement of payroll processes.
- Independently managing end-to-end payroll activities for assigned countries.
- Taking ownership of international payroll operations when required.
Your profile
- Minimum 5 years of payroll experience, preferably in an international or multi-country environment.
- Solid understanding of payroll operations, tax legislation, social security regulations and labour law requirements.
- Proven ability to independently manage payroll processes and complex payroll cases.
- Experience working with external payroll providers and HRIS/payroll systems.
- Strong analytical skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholders across different countries.

- Proactive, reliable and solution-oriented mindset and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are considered an asset.
