Account Manager
ICTS is looking for a driven Account Manager to take ownership of the rental activities in north-east Poland and help expand ICTS’s presence in the region. As part of an international and fast-growing organisation, you will play a key role in developing our customer base and strengthening long-term partnerships in the transport sector.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage and further develop all rental activities within your region.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Prepare commercial offers, negotiate contract terms, and follow up on signed agreements.
- Work closely with the finance department to monitor outstanding payments and ensure timely follow-up.
- Proactively identify new clients and business opportunities through customer visits, prospect meetings, and telephone outreach.
- Exchange insights and align sales strategies with Account Managers in other regions.
- Monitor market trends and translate them into targeted sales actions.
PROFILE
- Proven experience in B2B sales. Knowledge of the transport and logistics industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, independent, and results-driven.
- Customer-oriented with the ability to build long-term professional relationships.
- Knowledge of the north-eastern Poland region is considered an advantage.
